Hogans One Iron

Hogan's One Iron Shot as depicted by renowned British artist, Michael Heslop. This painting is based on the photograph of Hogan's famous shot at the 1950 U.S. Open at Merion. Hogan used his one iron on his successful approach to the 18th green. He made a par four that forced a playoff with Lloyd Mangrum and George Fazio. The next day he shot a 69 and won the 50th US Open. Matted and framed.
